Aaron Carter

Aaron Carter's Gains 45 Pounds and is Proud of It

It's been a rough go for pop star Aaron Carter over the past couple of months, for multiple reasons.  In early August, he came out of the closet as bisexual on his Twitter page, which was then followed by his then girlfriend Madison Parker breaking up with him. Then, he went back on his bisexuality claims after him doing some performances at some well-known gay bars.  Hold on, there's more.

Then, in September he decided to go into rehab after reports went out that he was heavily engaged in drugs and was allegedly threatening to harm himself. Back in early October, he shared a photo of his weight gain, where at one point the 6'1 singer and actor weighed only 115 pounds.  The split shot he shared was his gain from that to being 30 pounds heavier, and seemingly happy in his post.  That post has gone down since then, but a new one has emerged showing Aaron looking much healthier from the first.

He has now put on about 45 pounds, up to 160, which is the average and healthy weight for someone his size.  He captions the photo with "This is my before and after pics.
I went from 115 to 160 pounds in two months I feel amazing. 2018 I’m ready for you!! My new Music is on its way!"  He even changed his hair color to a seafoam green of sorts.

Maybe this upswing in his weight and mindset will allow Aaron to think more clearly in the future, including his real thoughts on his sexuality and so much more.

Yesterday, we shared the news that friends and neighbors were concerned about singer Aaron Carter’s health.

They reported that he was a danger to himself and others as he threatened to harm himself and was heavily indulging in drugs.

Then, the police got involved after the requests from these concerned parties reached them, but the police ultimately felt him safe enough to not intervene.

But, later that day an update arose where Carter’s rep shared that the singer would be seeking help through rehab.

Today, we’re hear to share with you what the singer says will be his last words before he goes “literally” dark to undergo said help.

Aaron Carter took to twitter to share words with his fans (and change his profile picture to a black screen) as he says this will be his last time on social media and potentially in the public eye (at least personally) till possibly sometime next year.

In addition to stating that he’s leaving social media until 2018, Carter also reveals some more information. First, he states that all of this is about his own personal well-being and has nothing to do with his family. In fact, he says he’s completely cut his family out of his life.

That said, don’t think this is the end of Aaron Carter and his music career. In fact, it’s just the start. Not only does he plan to go on tour next year, but he also states that while he’s gone he’ll be releasing a single and album in October and November.

While I hope the best for Aaron Carter and his health, its also interesting that he’ll be dropping a single and album while he’s away and decided to announce this as people report on his going to rehab.

Though to be fair and give him the benefit of the doubt, he might have had the releases planned some time ago and this rehab stay was an unfortunate but necessary surprise to that schedule.

Again, I hope the best for Aaron Carter and wish him well as he tries to beat his demons. But like with Perez Hilton, I have to note the suspiciousness of using his recovery for promotion.

Lets make sure that Aaron Carter's health is what all of this is really about.

Police Storm Aaron Carter's Home After Callers Claim He's "On the Verge of Death"

Screensht from The Doctors

Police placed Aaron Cater under mental evaluations after visiting his home this week.

The Blast got ahold of St. Petersburg Police Department reports and say that at first a woman called 911 after reportedly seeing Carter “engaging in drug activity.”

“He’s been driving drunk all night,” she told 911 operators, "I’m sure he was driving fast and intoxicated.” She also noted that he looked, “very, very ill” and “on the verge of death.”

In addition, several neighbors and friends reported their concerns for Aaron Carter.

One friend noted that Carter supposedly “threatened to harm family and others,” before threatening to take his own life by overdosing on a mixture of Xanax, Clonopin and “dusters” (computer dusters).

The friend said that Aaron Carter’s “words were slurred and did not make sense” and that his “skin color was off.”

When police showed up at Carter’s house, they noted that he “does have a lot of prescription meds in his home.”

They then decided to evaluate if he met the criteria for the Baker Act, which allows someone to be involuntarily institutionalized if police deem they are a danger to themselves or others.  In the end, they felt he did not meet the requirements to be hospitalized.

Even though the police felt he was well enough to not intervene, Aaron Carter has decided to go into rehab.

His rep released a statement:

"Aaron has decided to enter a facility to improve his health and work on his overall wellness. He is going to do this privately and focus all his attention on being the best person and performer possible. He is grateful for the support and love from his fans and looks forward to coming back stronger than ever before."

In addition: Carter tweeted out the following.

Aaron Carter Broke Down At His First Performance Since Coming Out

As we reported yesterday, Aaron Carter kickstarted the next point in his career after coming out as bisexual and breaking up with his girlfriend by performing at a gay bar.

The bar was Hamburger Mary’s, which is very close to his hometown in Brandon, Florida.

TMZ was on the scene and was a lucky enough to record some of the event.

At the start, Carter spoke to audience and said, “I just want to say thank you so much for all your love and your support with the LGBTQ community and my announcement… It means a lot. Yes, I am a bisexual man, so…”

He then went into a bit of a mumbled mess by pointing out some attractive women and men in the crowd.

After that, he introduced his new song called “Hard to Love” and revealed it was inspired by the ex-girlfriend who just broke up with him.

Afterwards, the video cuts to the end of the performance when Carter was so overwrought with joy because of the love shared by his fans that he started to breakdown and weep.

We at Instinct Magazine are overjoyed to see the upturn that Aaron Carter’s life has taken since his arrest last month, and we hope for only good things for the singer from now on.

(Plus, we’d love to see a new hubby around his arms in the future.)

You can check out the TMZ video (and a fan vid of his new single) down below.

Aaron Carter Comes Out As Bisexual

After a rough patch this year, singer Aaron Carter has come out as bisexual on Twitter. A reality that he has toiled with for sometime, according to his words. In his message to the world, he attributes music to being his salvation and quotes Boy George with "I've never felt as though I didn't belong, I just acted as though I did."

Recently, Carter was arrested for alcohol and drugs, but it seems that this is now the support he may have been yearning for.

And he does appreciate all the love:

We commend you for speaking your truth, Aaron!
